We can not believe it has been a year since our first meeting with Javier, he has blossomed from a shy little guy into a happy go lucky little man!!!! His personality has come through so much in the time we have been together, with his self confidence and assurance it has allowed him to become a funny, silly, playful little boy. He loves to make others laugh and comfort them when they are sad! We just adore him completely and can not what to see him continue to grew and flourish for the next hundred years!
